Payment Options We Accept

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and money orders. Credit cards must be drawn from US banks. We are currently unable to accept payment from credit cards drawing from foreign banks.

Your Credit Cards transactions will appears as Kardan Distributing on your monthly credit card statement.

Shipping Notes

  1. All in stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours, or at the next available carrier pick-up time. For U.S. Domestic Express Shipping, in stock merchandise is generally delivered within 3-6 business days from the time we receive your order. We try to ship items that are temporarily out of stock within 7-12 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  2. All Express shipping or shipping requested quicker than the standard UPS Ground service is subject to the availability of the items in your order. If most items on your order are in stock, we will ship within 24 hours, or at the next available carrier pick-up time according to your type of express shipping requested.
  3. If most items on your order are not in stock, we will ship as soon as we have the items available for shipment. Shipping will still be according to your type of express shipping requested on your order. We try to ship items that are temporarily out of stock within 7-12 business days.
  4. For International Shipping, in stock merchandise is generaly delivered within 7-12 business days from the time we receive your order, depending on your location. We try to ship items that are temporarily out of stock within 7-12 business days. Rates for International shipping average about $15.00 U.S. The actual amount will be calculated by the weight of the shipment and your International location.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. All returns or exchanges must be authorized and returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Email sales@midnightclassics.com to receive a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Items that are returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  3. Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with tags attached. Garments will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that has been worn, washed or pressed.
  4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
  5. Exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out or no longer available. If we are unable to process an exchange, you will be credited for the items returned.
  6. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 7-14 days for processing upon receipt of your return/exchange.
  7. We will exchange or credit your original method of payment, excluding freight charges. Depending on your billing cycle and when your refund was processed, please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
